Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects only, not normal wear or misuse.


What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal wear, including:

  • Defective stitching or seams

  • Printing or embroidery defects caused during production

  • Hardware defects (zippers, drawstrings, etc.) present at delivery

If a defect is confirmed by our support team, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • An exchange, or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading, shrinking, or damage due to washing or drying

  • Improper care or failure to follow care instructions

  • Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or accidents

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or fit

  • Issues caused by sizing preference or fit expectations


Pre-Order Disclaimer

Because all items are produced on a pre-order basis, minor variations may occur between samples, mockups, and final production. These variations are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.


Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team before taking any action

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

All claims are reviewed case-by-case. Approval is not guaranteed.


Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may be denied.


Shipping Responsibility

  • If a warranty claim is approved, replacement shipping will be determined by our support team.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.


Final Decision

We reserve the right to determine:

  • Whether an issue qualifies as a defect

  • The appropriate resolution

Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting support first may result in denial of future service.
