Pre-Order Information
All items are sold on a pre-order basis.

Pre-orders will remain open for 3 days.

Once the pre-order period ends, production will begin.

Estimated shipping timeframe is 2–4 weeks after the pre-order closes.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production, customs, or carrier delays.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.
All Sales Final / No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds by default.
We do this to keep pricing fair, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of limited releases. Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will be contested using order confirmation, tracking, and this policy.
Exchanges & Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
While refunds are not guaranteed, we understand that issues can happen. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact support first.
Exchanges or exceptions are reviewed case-by-case and are not automatic.
Possible situations where support may approve an exchange or refund:

If we shipped the incorrect product, size, or color and support confirms the error, we will offer an exchange.
